Get inspired with Voiceflow Templates

We're thrilled to announce the launch of our new Templates Library - a collection of ready-made, downloadable projects designed to give you the inspiration and know-how to get your next experience off the ground.

No matter what type of experience you're building - an interactive story, podcast catalog, or shopping cart flow - each template supports several use cases to help you build an experience that matches your vision. Our templates are carefully designed to ensure maximum versatility and ease of use, and so we look forward to seeing how you use them in your next project!

In the coming months, we'll be adding new templates and resources to our expanding library. Have a template you want us to build? Submit your ideas here.

Featured Template: Company Directory

Our Templates Library is launching with 12 downloadable projects that can be customized into a variety of experiences. This month, we're featuring our Company Directory template.

This project uses high-level intents to create a general-purpose FAQ-style experience that can be repurposed in a number of ways:

• Classroom snapshot: curriculum, activities, and FAQs for a class
• A condo association's about us and information hub for new residents
• A content creator's voice-first link in bio that showcases their portfolio
• Historical encyclopedia: character tree, timeline, and dates/events of significance

Get testing with Transcripts

Last week we released Transcripts, a brand new way to organize and analyze all of your user-testing in one place. Transcripts allow teams to get better insight into their users' problems by logging their conversations and making it easier for teams to identify which parts of the experience best complement their users.

If you have any questions or would like to see a demo of Transcripts, don't hesitate to shoot us a message by replying to this email or sending us a tweet @VoiceflowHQ.

*This BETA feature is currently available to all users.
