This endpoint still works. Its documentation has moved.
POST /v1alpha1/project/{projectID}/environment/{projectEnvironmentIDorAlias}/publish is not deprecated and continues to function. New
integrations should use Publish environment on the Voiceflow REST API,
which is where this operation is documented now.
