We are looking for an experienced UX researcher to join the conversation design team at McDonalds. You will be responsible for helping define and drive the future of our conversation design projects. Click 'learn more' to read up on the projects this team is working on.
You will reveal what our users need from our products by conducting virtual and in-person research, working with cross-functional teams, and performing usability studies.
These responsibilities also include inspiring change, delivering oral and written presentations, evaluating qualitative and quantitative data, and helping the conversation design team better understand what would make a user’s experience more intuitive, accessible, and seamless.
We're looking for at least 5-7 years of experience with relevant background in research.
This individual needs to be based in greater Chicago area and willing to spend time at our Innovation Center in Romeoville, IL. Outside of needing to run tests in-person, WFH is absolutely ok if desired.
Experience with Voiceflow and voiceflow prototypes is an asset.
