Real estate agents have a lot on their plate—generating leads, juggling listings, keeping clients happy. What if an AI agent could take care of some of that?

In this Developer Lab we built an AI agent that captures a buyer’s preferences, chats with them through SMS and voice, and sends them new listings that match their needs—all automatically.

Here’s what we covered:

• 🤙 New front-end interfaces: Created a voice agent using Voiceflow's native Voice beta.
• 💬 Seamless multimodal experience: The buyer texted their basic requirements, and the AI agent prompted a live call—gathering more details. After the call ended, the conversation continued over chat.
• 🔄 Transcript synthesis: The call transcript was sent back to the VF agent to synthesize and recommend real estate listings from a database.
