Built by Les Agents Intelligents and Espaces Atypiques team, ARI was released in beta to qualify buyers, sellers, and candidates 24/7 — while reflecting the unique warmth, creativity, and expertise of the brand.
Currently available in French, an English version will be released soon to support international visitors.

Espaces Atypiques previously relied on a static contact form that lacked nuance and immediacy. Leads submitted outside office hours were delayed until teams reopened, missing critical engagement windows. In addition, many buyers were not reading listings thoroughly, leading to overlooked properties despite emotional alignment. The brand needed a way to surface the right homes at the right moment in the most human way possible.
The solution
Les Agents Intelligents developed ARI, an AI-powered assistant that feels more like a digital concierge than a traditional bot. It guides users through three emotionalized journeys:
- Buyer path: suggests properties based on open-ended or emotional criteria
- Seller path: offers guidance and direct connection for property estimates
- Candidate path: helps talent explore recruitment opportunities within the brand
Key features of the project include:
- A smart carousel of listings based on conversational inputs
- The ability to "talk to a listing" by asking natural-language questions about a property
- Contextual responses that adjust to user sentiment and intent
ARI was built using Voiceflow and is powered by a multi-agent system combining Gemini 2.5 Flash and Claude Haiku 3.5. These models are orchestrated to match performance and context, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency. The assistant chains together multiple agent steps to create a conversational network capable of adapting to every stage of the dialogue.
ARI is already connected to Espaces Atypiques' internal CRM and back-office, enabling live syncing, tagging, and intelligent lead routing.
The result
The beta version of ARI is now live on the Espaces Atypiques website and already delivering results. Buyers are engaging with listings in more conversational, personalized ways. Emotional search queries like "a loft with a view" or "a home flooded with light" receive meaningful answers.
While the listing recommendation engine is still evolving, ARI opens a new chapter for real estate: one where artificial intelligence supports, but never replaces, human connection.
