Shortcuts work anywhere the editor appears: the global prompt, agent instructions, and playbook instructions.

On Windows, use Ctrl anywhere Cmd is listed.

Opening menus

Both menus only open at the start of a line or after a space.

Formatting text

Strikethrough, highlight, and inline code have no shortcut. Use the formatting toolbar or a markdown shortcut instead.

Working with blocks

Editing

Undo covers block moves and deletions as well as typing, so a drag that lands in the wrong place is one keystroke away from being fixed.

Esc works through one layer at a time. The first press closes an open menu, and the next clears your selection.

Use the up and down arrow keys to select a result, Enter to open it, and Escape to close the search.
