As a senior conversation designer at USAA, you will work on the platform capabilities team supporting our insurance and claims product lines. You’ll follow a conversation design process to break down use cases, create sample dialogues, intent management, workflows, and strategies to ensure a great customer experience.
You will conduct workshops and user testing, convert existing experiences into conversational dialogues, design transactional interactions, and educate other team members on conversation design best practices.
The ideal candidate can work in a fast-paced, always-changing environment with experience working on chatbots, search functions, and/or IVR. 3-4 years of experience in conversational AI, voice interface design, and has familiarity designing with Voiceflow.
A background in linguistics and financial services experience is a plus. This position is remote, and the candidate must live in the United States.
