As a technical product manager of AI and NLU at USAA, you will work on the platform capabilities team supporting our insurance and claims product lines. You'll have strong understanding of natural language processing, artificial intelligence, and machine learning algorithms with chatbots and interactive voice response systems.
You'll execute regression testing to improve the NLU model, identify opportunities for new use cases or automation, monitor and analyze performance, and advise technical teams on technology needs for program scalability.
The ideal candidate can work cross-functionally and understands the complexity of training data, confidence scoring and improving NLU models for conversational AI technology. 3-5 years of experience in training NLU or machine learning models, working with chatbots, voice assistants, or AI products, and has familiarity with Voiceflow.
A background in engineering and financial services experience is a plus. This position is remote, and the candidate must live in the United States.
