This function allows you to create a ticket within the Gorgias Help Desk, based on the assistant's response and user input. This is a great in the combination with the "Gorgias: Update a Ticket" function to be able to have the entire conversation in real time updated into Gorgias. If you do not have the customer_id of your customer you need to first use the "Gorgias: Create a Customer" Function.
