What you'll learn

In this tutorial, we'll be learning about re-prompts and error handling, which allow us to choose what happens when either (a )the user does not say what we're expecting or (b) they fail to reply when prompted to do so. Re-prompts and error handling create a much more engaging conversational experience, where the user doesn't have to worry about making a mistake or responding with exactly what you're looking for. They work to guide the user down the correct path by reinforcing the type of information you would like them to respond with.
