This walkthrough shows you how to create an AI support bot powered by your own documentation using our Knowledge Base feature. Using our template, the bot is able to score the user's sentiment and respond accordingly. This can be used to power your own FAQ support bots.

To get started:

  1. Clone the Voiceflow project to your workspace
  2. Add your own sources to the knowledge base (documentation or your FAQs are great places to start)
  3. Customize the existing content to your use case
  4. Run a test using our prototyping feature
  5. Add to website!
